Title: Chinese Chicken Wings *

Yield: 6 Servings
1/2 c Soy sauce
1 c Pineapple juice
1/3 c Packed brown sugar
1 ts Garlic salt
1/2 ts Ground black pepper
1 ts Ground dried ginger
3 lb Chicken wingettes; wing tips

Combine the soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar and
seasonings in a bowl and stir to make marinade. Place the
chicken in a large baking dish and pour the marinade over
the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning
occasionally.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on baking sheet.
Set the oven @ 350ºF/175ºC. Bake the chicken wings,
turning once, until they are golden brown, about 45
minutes.
