Title: Buffalo-Ranch Macaroni & Cheese

14 1/2 oz Pkg dried multrigrain rotini
- pasta
1 c Purchased shredded carrot
- and/or thin sliced celery
1 c Frank's Red Hot pepper
- sauce
1 oz Env ranch dry salad dressing
- mix
8 oz Sliced American cheese; in
- bite-size pieces
Milk (opt)
In a 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker combine the first four
ingredients (through dressing mix). Add 4 cups water;
stir to combine.
Cover and cook on high for 2 hours (pasta should absorb
all the liquid by this time). Add cheese (do not stir).
Cover and cook 5 minutes more. Stir gently to combine. If
desired, add milk to reach desired creaminess.
BUFFALO-RANCH CHICKEN MARACRONI AND CHEESE: Prepare as
directed, except stir in 3 cups cooked chopped chicken
with the cheese.
FOR EASY CLEANUP: Line your slow cooker with a disposable
slow cooker liner. Add ingredients as directed in recipe.
Once your dish is finished cooking, spoon the food out of
your slow cooker and simply dispose of the liner. Do not
lift or transport the disposable liner with food inside.
