    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Marinara-Poached Chicken
    Categories: Five, Sauces, Poultry. ch
    Yield: 4 Servings

    24 oz Jar marinara sauce
    4 Skinned, boned chicken
    - breasts
    Salt & Pepper
    Grated parmesan cheese

    Pour marinara sauce into a large skillet; warm over
    medium heat. Sprinkle skinless, boneless chicken breast
    halves with salt and ground black pepper. Add to skillet
    and turn to coat with sauce.

    Heat just until boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered,
    about 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in
    center. Top with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

    We like to serve this tender chicken over cooked pasta
    or couscous.
