    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Hot Bacon & Potato Salad
    Categories: Potatoes, Pork, Sauces
    Yield: 6 servings

    5 lb Potatoes; washed, sliced
    - 1/4"
    1 ts Salt
    1 lb Bacon
    2 c Mayonnaise
    1/2 c Sugar
    1/4 c White vinegar

    Place potatoes and salt in a soup pot and add just
    enough water to cover them. Bring to a boil over high
    heat then reduce heat to medium and cook 12 to 15
    minutes, or until fork-tender; drain and place in a
    large bowl.

    Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp; let cool slightly,
    then crumble over potatoes. Add remaining ingredients;
    toss well. Serve hot.

    Title: Pepper Jack - Hash Brown Casserole
    Categories: Potatoes, Soups, Dairy, Pork, Cheese
    Yield: 12 servings

    30 oz Bag shredded hash brown
    - potatoes; thawed
    10 1/2 oz Cream of chicken soup;
    - undiluted
    2 c Shredded pepper jack cheese
    1 1/2 c Heavy whipping cream
    1/2 c Butter, melted
    1/2 c Sour cream
    1/4 c Shredded Parmesan cheese
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Onion powder
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
    1/4 ts Pepper

    MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
    1 c Crushed potato chips
    5 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled
    3/4 c Shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 ts Paprika

    Set oven @ 350+|F/175+|C.

    In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients.
    Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. For topping,
    combine the potato chips, bacon and Parmesan; sprinkle
    over casserole. Top with paprika.

    Bake, uncovered, until edges are bubbly and topping is
    golden brown, 25-30 minutes.
