    Title: Skillet Chopped Steak
    Categories: Beef, Breads, Vegetables, Dairy, Mushrooms
    Yield: 6 servings

    1 1/2 lb Ground beef
    1/2 c Italian-flavored bread
    - crumbs
    1 md Onionp; chopped
    1 lg Egg
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Black pepper
    10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c Milk
    1/2 lb Sliced fresh mushrooms

    In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs,
    onion, egg, salt, and pepper; mix well then shape into
    six 1/2" thick oval patties.

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and place
    patties in skillet. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side, or
    until browned.

    In a small bowl, combine mushroom soup, milk, and
    mushrooms; mix well and pour over patties. Reduce heat
    to medium-low, cover, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, or
    until no pink remains in beef. Serve topped with
    mushroom sauce.

    Title: Shrimp Boil
    Categories: Seafood, Beer, Potatoes, Vegetables, Pork
    Yield: 4 servings

    4 qt Water
    1/4 c Old Bay seafood seasoning
    1 tb Salt
    12 oz Beer
    4 md Red potatoes; in quarters
    1 lg Sweet onion; peeled, in
    - wedges
    4 Ears fresh corn; halved
    1 lb Smoked sausage; in 2"
    - lengths
    2 lb Uncooked large shrimp
    - w/shells

    In an 8 to 12 quart soup pot, bring the water, Old Bay
    Seasoning, salt, and beer, if desired, to a boil over
    high heat.

    Add potatoes and onions, and cook 8 minutes. Add corn
    and sausage, and cook 8 more minutes, stirring
    occasionally.

    Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes, or until shrimp turn
    pink. Drain liquid from pot and serve immediately.
