    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Chicken Noodle Skillet
    Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Pasta, Soups
    Yield: 4 servings

    1 tb Oil
    1 lb Boned, skinned chicken; in
    - 1/2" chunks
    1/2 c Sliced mushrooms
    1 c Frozen broccoli cuts
    1 c Frozen corn or carrots
    1 c Uncooked egg noodles
    2 c Chicken broth
    10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 ts Onion powder
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.

    Cook chicken 5 to 7 minutes, or until browned, stirring
    occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a
    boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 8
    minutes. Uncover and simmer 5 additional minutes, or
    until noodles are tender.

    Title: Savory Short Ribs
    Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Herbs, Grains
    Yield: 4 servings

    3 lb Beef short ribs
    1 md Onion; chopped
    3 1/2 c Water
    3 tb Worcestershire sauce
    2 ts Paprika
    2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
    2 lg Potatoes; peeled, in 1/2"
    - slices
    2 Carrots; peeled, in 1"
    - chunks
    2 Celery ribs; in 1" pieces
    3 oz Raw medium barley

    In a large pot, combine short ribs, onion, water,
    Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper; bring
    to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook about
    1-1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.

    Add potatoes, carrots, celery, and barley; cook 1 hour,
    or until short ribs and vegetables are tender, stirring
    occasionally and adding more water, if necessary.
