    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Quick-As-A-Wink Pasta
    Categories: Pork, Vegetables, Pasta, Herbs, Cheese
    Yield: 6 servings

    1 lb Italian sausage
    1 lg Onion; chopped
    1 lg Bell pepper; chopped
    3 cl Garlic; minced
    29 oz (2 cans) diced tomatoes
    - w/basil & oregano;
    Undrained
    8 oz Mushrooms; sliced
    1 ts Italian seasoning
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
    1 lb Rotini, twists, or spiral
    - pasta
    1/2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the
    sausage, onion, bell pepper, and garlic until no pink
    remains in the sausage. Reduce heat to low and add
    tomatoes, mushrooms, Italian seasoning, salt, and
    pepper; simmer 10 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.

    Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package
    directions; drain, rinse, and drain again. Place
    pasta on a large serving platter.

    Spoon sausage mixture over pasta and top with mozzarella
    cheese. Serve immediately.

    Title: All In One Chicken
    Categories: Pork, Poultry, Potatoes, Mushrooms, Vegetables
    Yield: 4 servings

    1 lb Hot Italian sausage; in 1"
    - pieces
    2 lg Bell peppers (red & yellow);
    - in thin strips
    1 1/2 lb Boned, skinned chicken; in
    - 1" chunks
    1 lg Sweet onion; thick sliced
    5 cl Garlic; coarse chopped
    1/2 ts (ea) salt & black pepper
    15 oz Can sliced white potatoes;
    - drained
    1/4 lb Sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c Fresh chopped parsley

    In a Dutch oven or soup pot over medium-high heat, cook
    sausage and bell peppers 10 minutes, or until browned,
    stirring occasionally.

    Add the chicken, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
    Cook 8 to 10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer
    pink, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in the potatoes, mushrooms, and parsley. Reduce
    heat to low, cover, and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, or until
    the mushrooms are tender and the potatoes are heated
    through.
