    Lancaster, Pennsylvania - This recipe comes from the Dutch but was
    made famous by the Amish who live in Pennsylvania.

    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Pennsylvania Dutch Kluski Noodles
    Categories: Pasta, Greens, Dairy, Cheese
    Yield: 8 servings

    1 lb Egg noodles
    20 oz (2 boxes) chopped spinach;
    - thawed, well drained
    1/2 c Butter; melted
    1 1/2 c Milk
    3 lg Eggs; beaten
    4 oz (2 env) onion soup mix
    1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese

    Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    Coat a 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray.

    In a large pot of boiling water, cook noodles until
    tender; drain.

    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Place
    mixture in baking dish and cover tightly.

    Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until slightly golden around
    edges.

    Fort Valley, Georgia - If you call Fort Valley your hometown, then you
    already know what the star of this dessert is going to be.

    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Easy Peach Fancy
    Categories: Fruits, Desserts, Citrus
    Yield: 6 servings

    1 c Sugar
    1/2 c Butter
    1 c A-P flour
    1 ts Baking powder
    2 lg Eggs
    3 Peaches; halved, pitted
    1 ts Lemon juice
    1/2 ts Sugar
    1/4 ts Ground cinnamon

    Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    Coat an 8" square baking pan with cooking spray.

    In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter. Add
    flour, baking powder, and eggs; beat well. (Batter will
    be thick.)

    Spread batter into prepared baking pan. Cover with peach
    halves, skin side up, so that they are just touching (do
    not crowd). Sprinkle peaches with lemon juice, then
    sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

    Bake about 1 hour or until golden. Remove from oven and
    cool on a rack. Serve warm or cold.
