    Title: Stinky Dried Beef Cheese Ball
    Categories: Five, Beef, Cheese, Dips
    Yield: 17 Servings

    16 oz Cream cheese; 2 pkg
    5 oz Jar dried beef
    2 ts Accent seasoning (MSG)
    1/2 tb Worcestershire sauce

    Shred the dried beef into tiny pieces.

    Mix beef, Accent, Worcestershire sauce, and cream cheese
    together until evenly mixed.

    Form a ball, or whatever shape you desire (I make snowmen
    during winter.) on a serving plate.

    Serve with crackers of your choice.

    Servings: 15-20

    Title: Herman Reunion Cheese Ball
    Categories: Cheese, Nuts, Herbs, Snacks, Chilies
    Yield: 12 Servings

    24 oz Cream cheese; softened
    1/2 ts Minced garlic
    1 tb Worcestershire sauce
    1 tb Hot pepper sauce
    1 lb Shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c Pecans; coarse chopped
    1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley

    In an electric food processor or blender, combine cream
    cheese, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper
    sauce. Blend well. Add Cheddar cheese and process until
    the Cheddar is fine, but still very visible. Shape the
    mixture into balls or logs. Wrap individually in plastic
    wrap and place in the freezer.

    While the balls are in the freezer, combine the ground
    pecans and parsley in a shallow bowl. Remove the balls
    from the freezer and roll them in the pecan and parsley
    mixture.
