    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Pastrami Wrapped Chicken Tenders w/Sweet Chile Mayo
    Categories: Poultry, Beef, Chilies, Vegetables
    Yield: 16 servings

    6 sl Chicken breast; sliced in
    Strips
    1 lb Pastrami; sliced paper thin
    1/2 c Mayonnaise
    1/2 ts Paprika
    1 ts Honey
    1/2 ts Red pepper & garlic
    - seasoning
    1/2 ts Chilli spice mix (opt)
    1 tb Mustard
    Salt & pepper
    2 Scallions; greens thin
    - sliced

    Set oven @ 350ºF/180ºC.

    Season the chicken strips with salt and red pepper &
    garlic seasoning and wrap with pastrami.

    Arrange them on a lined baking sheet, bake for 18-20
    minutes and then broil for 1-2 minutes on each side to
    crisp up the pastrami.

    While the chicken bakes, prepare the chile mayonnaise,

    Mix paprika, honey, red pepper and garlic seasoning,
    mustard and chilli spice (if using). Season with salt
    and pepper.

    Serves 12-18 2 pieces per person.
