Title: Rebecca's Coconutty Fish

1 Lime; juiced
8 (6 oz ea) tilapia filets
1/4 c Honey-flavored Greek-style
- yoghurt
1/2 c Fine chopped pecans
1/2 c Shredded sweetened coconut
Set oven @ 400+|F/200+|C.
Lightly coat the bottom of a 13" x 9" baking dish with
cooking spray.
Drizzle lime juice over one side of each tilapia filet;
place the fillets with the juiced-side down into the
prepared baking dish. Spread a thin layer of yoghurt
atop each filet.
Mix pecans and coconut in a bowl. Divide equally between
the tilapia filets and lightly press mixture into the
yoghurt layer.
Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 15
minutes.
