2 sl Bread
125 g Titus sardines
1 lg Egg
2 Scotch bonnets; seeded
1 md Onion
1 Onga flavouring cube
In a pan put the oil of the sardines tin, break your egg
to it and chop your Scotch bonnet and onions. Then add
onga cube and stir fry. Last you Marsh the sardines into
it and stir for 2 minutes.
Pick one slice of bread, rub butter to it and set aside.
Take another slice and put the filling and cover with
the butter rubbed slice and place in a toaster. Cover
and allow it to toast until done.
Cut into halves and serve.
