Probably not. Still too early for the prospects? To get smartphone-only users this needs to get the attention of regularly chatty people. And.. non-techie echos would probably be the place for them.

It's different software designed in different ways. I think that specific of a link would be very difficult if possible at all in Telegram

Testing an offline message with TgM. The app is loaded, but I turned off the wi-fi. TgM allows me to proceed with creating a new message. Let's see what happens when I click Send.

Does the device have mobile data besides wifi? If it does, I believe simple text messages will still transmit, although photos and videos and other files usually wait for wifi.

Yes.. my Blackberry via mobile connection, serves as the wi-fi hotspot for my XP and Win7 laptops. I was testing this on the Win7 laptop that has the TgM DT. I would imagine that my web-based web.telegram.org access directly at the Blackberry would behave the same way (that is, allowing me to write and post offline) if the mobile radio was off.

Well, the error above is fixed. Perhaps my boss node had a temporary downage.
The rest I guess we'll have to wait for Stas to wake up.
