    Unfortunately, sometimes my electricity goes out for a short time. The
    neighbors are renovating the apartment and turning off the whole
    house. It also happens that I lose my connection to the Internet, but
    this is not often and not very long. The node is at my home

    I have a couple of APC brand ups units that qualify for trade-in upgrade. Maybe after trade-in, APC could ship to your house.???

    That is the same as overhere in the Netherlands, but I think it's different from Canada. If they have the same as in the US it's probalby 110V 60Hz...

    Is that the output from the battery? ..or does the Ukraine/Russian branch of APC send them with adaptors?

    APC UPS have a switch between 110 and 220 volts. They may well work both in our country and in other countries.

    It's not a problem. The APC are aware of this difference. Their devices have the right switch.

    In this case, I would send back my old unit (from Canada), and acquire an upgraded one for use at Stas's home. Hopefully APC wouldn't make a mistake.

    If you seriously think about doing this, then you have to take into account that the APC do not allow Crimea and their nearest representative is located in Novorossiysk.
