It looks like it was broken by someone on the way to you. The picture was successfully decoded and sent to the telegram.

On the Telegram side the UUE code has been decoded and pulls
in the file in all its glory. On the fido side it's not a
pleasant thing to see in an echomail message.

But UUE could probably be best avoided. The link method is better.

I think so too.

UUE just feels too much like a throwback to the 80s. Besides,
uue posts like that might work better in an exclusive file
echo. But how many sysops would tolerate uue posts broadcast
all through fidonet when a simple link would do nicely?
