• Volinteer to be hub

From Phillip Taylor@1:275/201.30 to All on Wed Feb 10 21:17:38 2021

    Good evening:

I have been in FidoNet a long time and I have a good understanding how FidoNet works. I am running the current version of SBBS, the system is very stable, my internet speed is 50/30. The other option is that I am hosting a Linux server running on Debian located in the Data Center in St.Louis, Mo. That machine has 100/100 internet speed and the server has a 24/7 power backup system.

Please let me know or keep in mind when you need a national hub. I own the boss node 1:275/201 and I am located in Vienna, VA. You can reach me by sending a netmail message to plt@1:275/201.

    Thanks
    Phillip Taylor

Hi Phil, to be a HUB you have to have nodes in your area attached to you. I do see a potential point contacting me. We can start there maybe?

Phil, not your own site. Hubbing means feeding another. Kudos to you for volunteering but you need someone to hub to....
