    That's not the problem!

In the nodelist entry, it should either be:

    ,INA:centralontarioremote.com,IBN
    or
    ,IBN:centralontarioremote.com

Nodelist parsers don't know what to do with a "plain" host name, as a flag.

You know there is a utility that can find lots of nodelist errors for you (including this one).

In Z2 it is used to filter the segments before production. But you don't have to use it as a filter, you can just use the report it produces, to find possible errors.

    The python version is here:

    https://sourceforge.net/projects/errflags

Or if you like to use the (compiled) pascal version you can look here:

This one is a lot more up to date as the python code base Pascal version goes back to v2.17 as against 2.22.

Python code looks up to date (without a very close look).

You know there is a utility that can find lots of nodelist errors for
    you (including this one).

In Z2 it is used to filter the segments before production. But you
don't have to use it as a filter, you can just use the report it
    produces, to find possible errors.

    The python version is here:

    https://sourceforge.net/projects/errflags

Or if you like to use the (compiled) pascal version you can look here:

    https://github.com/njonchee/errflags

This one is a lot more up to date as the python code base Pascal version goes back to v2.17 as against 2.22.

The python version is based on the latest v2.22 pascal version. I even sent in a few bug fixes for the v2.22 pascal version to the current maitainer.

The v2.15 on the sourceforge website, was a bit of a special version, maybe I should remove that one to avoid confusion...

Python code looks up to date (without a very close look).

    It is! ;-)

    Bye, Wilfred.

Found a wee bug in the .pas code -

IF the following is not set or used (no parameters used)
EXECUTE then errflags returns after displaying the report with :

An unhandled exception occurred at $000000000042DAB9:

    EProcess: Cannot execute empty command-line
    $000000000042DAB9
    $000000000042E283
    $0000000000402194
    $00000000004022AD
    $0000000000408071

I suspect caused by not checking that the var that would hold param from EXECUTE is not blank / null - It should first check it is not '' and only then
    issue the command.

For the moment I use :
    EXECUTE ls

    with ;EXECUTEPATH not set.

    that works.

    Hello Wilfred!

I have downloaded and run your latest version and it tests fine for both
    %file% and %FILE%.

Might be an idea to mention both forms in errflags.txt and that the param EXECUTE can be omitted.

I did see a few omissions in the source (nit picking) and these are the changes
I made to my copy of the code :

    Line 75 & 76 added :

(* 20221215 2.23 Bug fix for %file% -treated as uppercase, null value in
    * EXECUTE command but still tries to run it *)

in now line 85 changed to 2.23.

    Thanks for the update.

I have downloaded and run your latest version and it tests fine for
    both %file% and %FILE%.

Might be an idea to mention both forms in errflags.txt and that the param EXECUTE can be omitted.

I did see a few omissions in the source (nit picking) and these are
the changes I made to my copy of the code :

    Line 75 & 76 added :

(* 20221215 2.23 Bug fix for %file% -treated as uppercase, null value in * EXECUTE command but still tries to run it
    *)

in now line 85 changed to 2.23.

    Thanks for the update.

Well it's not my program, and I'm not the current maintainer (of the pascal version). I did sent a pull request to Niels, and I'll leave those details to him. Maybe he has some more changes before the next official release...

    Bye, Wilfred.
