• Swedish Stamps

From Lee Lofaso@2:203/2 to All on Thu Jan 14 01:43:31 2021
    Hello Everybody,

One does not have to be dead on Swedish stamps.
Just ask Greta Thunberg, who is featured on one of them.
But you do have to be Swedish.

In the USA, this would never happen ...

What would happen, being not dead, or non-USAian?

Throughout the "British Commonwealth" Old Lizzie appears on many stamps and she isn't dead (that I know of).

You can be put in a cage and fed, once in a while, until
    you are ready to leave.

The only way you will be so lucky as to have your own face
on one of those stamps is for you to become King of England.
But hey. You never know. She could be a real cougar. Philip
did abdicate his title, and has no more official duties
to perform. So maybe you have a chance. A real chance ...

Actually, that is not correct. Some famous Australians have had their visages on the stamps.

Of course my not being famous, or even Australian, may exempt me from that silliness.
