    Hello Everybody,

    What a doofus.

"You voted by mail in Florida's election last month, didn't you?"
    the reporter asked.

"Sure," the president replied. "I can vote by mail."

    https://www.vanityfair..com/

Of course, the president can claim anything he wants.
Even if it is a lie. Right?

104.011 (2) A person who willfully submits any false voter
registration information commits a felony of the third degree,
    punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.

False swearing, and submission of false voter registration,
is a criminal offense. A felony.

Is the POTUS above the law?

To register in Florida, you must -

    * be a legal resident of both the State of Florida and
of the county in which you seek to be registered.

    https://www.vote.org/voter-registration-rules

    Think this out.

If Donald J. Trump is not a legal resident per the standards
quoted, he would not be able to vote there. If he is not registered
to vote in Florida, he would not be sent an absentee ballot.

OTOH, if he is still registered to vote in the state of New York,
he could have voted absentee in New York state.

Somebody should ask Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York (he's a
Democrat) if President Donald J. Trump voted in the NY primary.
Or was that primary cancelled due to the coronavirus thing?

Anyway, Donald J. Trump claims he has changed his residence
from the state of New York to the state of Florida. Only one
problem. The place where he claims he is staying in Florida
is a private club, and not a residence. And the rules of the
private club are very clear. Guests cannot stay longer than
seven days at any given time.

You see, back in 1993 Donald J. Trump had his lawyers draw up
an agreement to convert Mar-a-Lago from a single-family residence
to a private club, owned by a corporation Trump controls.

The laws of the state of Florida are quite clear. The POTUS
cannot have it both ways. Either the place he stays is a private
club, or it is a residence. It cannot be both. The place he resides
in Washington DC is public housing, owned by the people, and is not
his official residence, which by everything I can gather he has
none, which makes him (technically) homeless.

Now, it stands to reason one must be registered to vote in order
to be a member of the Republican Party. Or any other major political
party that I can think of. That means, not only is he a non-voter,
but he is also not a member of the political party that sponsors
    him as its president.

The Leader of the Free World. A homeless guy who is not even a
registered voter or a member of any political party. Armed only
with a can of orange spray paint, what else is needed to fool
    the world?
