We should all have seen this coming.
Each and every one of us.
The end of the Trump administration.
Or rather, how it all ends.

Several staffers who were close to President Trump
and Vice President Pence have tested positive for the
coronavirus and are now in self-quarantine. The test
used has been found to be very inaccurate, up to 46%
of those tested being a false negative. Meaning many
more are sick, but do not know it. Including the very
real possibility of both Trump and Pence being sick.

If President Trump is sick with the coronavirus, he
will have to self-quarantine and allow Vice President
Pence to take over his duties as President. Once he
is well again, and able to resume his duties, Trump
can then get his old job back by invoking the 25th
Amendment.

If Vice President Pence is also sick with the coronavirus,
he will also have to self-quarantine. Just like President
Trump. With both President Trump and Vice President Pence
in self-quarantine at the same time, that means somebody
else would have to step up to the plate as acting president.
And we all know who that person is - the Speaker of the
House, Nancy Pelosi.

Of course, once Trump is well again to resume his duties
he would get his old job back. And once Pence is well again
to resume his duties he would get his old job back. Except
for one small problem. Since both of them would be in self
quarantine at the same time, neither of them would be able
to invoke the 25th Amendment to get their old job back.

I mean, if Nancy Pelosi says Donald Trump (and Mike Pence)
is not well enough to return to work, she would get to remain
as President Pelosi. Isn't that wonderful?

Oh. I forgot to mention there is no "acting" President any
more, thanks to an executive order by Lyndon Johnson. After
JFK was shot and killed in Dallas, he did not like being
called "acting" President. So he changed it by his own order.

Gosh. I really do love Texans.

That is why Ronald Reagan remained awake the entire time
doctors operated on him after a nutcase shot him in order
to impress a 15-year-old movie star. And for the same reason
why GWB remained awake the entire time doctors operated on
him to remove some polyps from his ass.

Meanwhile, President Trump has to put on his own make-up
and do his own hair, as all his personal attendants are in
self-quarantine, nowhere to be found near the White House
grounds.
