    Hello Everybody,

Attorney General Bill Barr finally released The Mueller Report
to the Congress. And what does it say?

"Oh my God. This is terrible. This is the end of my Presidency.
I'm fucked." ~President Donald Trump, when informed by then AG Jeff
Sessions of Bob Mueller's appointment as special counsel

It is going to be a fun ride when Mike Pence becomes POTUS. Not
only will he make every American pray, but he will make the entire
world pray. Including the most militant of atheists.

We will miss President Donald "Biff" Trump. You remember Biff,
the character he played in the movie "Back to the Future" ...

  • From Lee Lofaso@2:203/2 to Gregory Deyss on Wed May 8 15:37:27 2019
    Hello Greg,

    Bob Mueller wouldn't let me.

Screw Mueller! So much for Mueller-time (sorry Bill) actually I
    am n
It's released the entire world can comb through its self
    grangerizing
    pages.

Two different redacted versions of the Mueller report have been
released. Plus a 4-page opinion piece by the president's stooge,
Bill Barr. It is time for the truth to be known, not the lies
and misrepresentations of the Mueller report as shown by others.

You asked for it, so here it is.
    Mueller own words
    1. ON OBSTRUCTION
"Our investigation found multiple acts by the President that were capable of exerting undue influence over law enforcement investigations,
    including
the Russian-interference and obstruction investigations ... The
    President's
efforts to influence the investigation were mostly unsuccessful, but that is blargely ecause the persons who surrounded the President declined to carry out oorders r accede to his requests."

"Each of us believes that the conduct of President Trump described in
Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report would, in the case of any other person not covered by the Office of Legal Counsel policy against
indicting a sitting President, result in multiple felony charges for obstruction of justice."
~ DOJ Alumni statement, signed by 600+ former federal prosecutors

In other words, anybody else other than the POTUS would "result
in multiple felony charges for obstruction of justice."

What Bob Mueller, and 600+ others, are saying is that Donald Trump
is guilty as hell of having committed obstruction of justice. Put
    another way, an unindicted co-conspirator.

In their statement, they continue -

"The Mueller report describes several acts that satisfy all of the
elements for an obstruction charge: conduct that obstructed or
attempted to obstruct the truth-finding process, as to which the
evidence of corrupt intent and connection to pending proceedings is overwhelming. These include:

"· The President’s efforts to fire Mueller and to falsify evidence
    about that effort;

"· The President’s efforts to limit the scope of Mueller’s investigation to exclude his conduct; and

"· The President’s efforts to prevent witnesses from cooperating with investigators probing him and his campaign.

"Attempts to fire Mueller and then create false evidence"

My take is: he wants to talk to hear him self talk, You ever heard the phrase talk allday and say nothing. Well this is one of those times.

The sound of one hand clapping is heard only by The Donald.
Nobody else is laughing, or even paying attention.

    What does he mean?

Your president is a crook. Just like Richard Nixon.

exerting undue influence over law enforcement including the Russian-interfluence and obstruction investigations...

All 17 of our intelligence agencies have concluded that Russia
is guilty of trying to disrupt or influence our elections.

This is considered here say sir.

President Barack Obama has placed sanctions on Russia due to
    their nefarious activities.

Unless your a bug on the wall, you making it as you go along.

Like AG Bill Barr's unfounded and unsupported claim of the Trump
campaign being spied on by Democrats, on orders by President Obama?
My, my. Your president must be feeling the heat, especially since
his tax returns from 1985 to 1994 prove him not to be nearly as
rich as he claims to be. In fact, it turns out he is a failed
businessman who has lost over a billion dollars (USD) over that
period of time. Imagine running a business, at a loss, for over
    ten years, without showing profit.

How in the world could The Donald manage to do that and still
be in business? Well, it really is quite easy. Just keep spending
your daddy's money as if it was water ...

Yes sir-ree a real circus, Mueller the Clown.

I didn't mind Donald Trump spending his daddy's money.
But when it comes to Donald Trump spending our tax dollars,
meaning yours and mine, then I have a problem.

    Actually, we all do.

We do not need a tax cheat spending our money.

    2. ON COLLUSION

Collusion is not a crime. Conspiracy is. But you knew that.

While the investigation identified numerous links between individuals
    with
ties to the Russian government and individuals associated with the Trump Campaign the evidence was not sufficient to support criminal charges.
    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Several people were indicted, and some convicted, with more
investigations continuing. Your beloved will have his turn,
    in due time.

    So move it along!
Taken right from the the horses, err I mean painted clown mouth.

It is DOJ policy not to indict a sitting president. But once
out of office, private citizen Donald Trump is fair game. And
    not just by the DOJ.

Melania says it is okay with her that her husband chases skirts.

Chases skirts? he is doing no such thing, he gets to sleep with Melania
    who
    is a supermodel.

I do not know what Donald Trump does with his free time, other than
play golf. Maybe that is all he is capable of doing. I mean, he is
in his 70s, and suffers from abdominal obesity (a nicer way of saying
    morbidly obese).

But at least he doesn't smoke. Or drink coffee, tea, or alcohol.
Although he does love his soda pop. And junk food.

Maybe it is okay with Donald if his wife does the same (with guys).
Whatever is their personal life is fine with me. Just like with
the Clintons. And to think the Clintons have been together,
happily married to each other, for how many years? Now compare
that with the Trumps. How many wives did the Donald have? Which
one is he on now? I seem to have lost count ...

    What do you mean?

There are legitimate wives and there are fuck wives.

What is wrong with you that you cant count to three.

Christians believe in the trinity, which add up to three.
Muslims get to have four at a time.

It all is making sense now as to why the dems are opposing the
    citizenship
    question on the U.S. Census.

They're afraid people will hide from the census takers, fearing that the census people will turn them in to ICE.

The thing is, if the census provides an accurate count of American *citizens* that's a good thing. I don't care how many illegals are or are not counted as long as they're not counted as 'citizens.'

If the illegals are lumped in with everybody else, that will affect
the boundaries of congressional districts when they're adjusted after the census next year.

And that is exactly what the constitution says should happen. The
census is supposed to count *ALL* people, not just citizens.

Ah, but the illegals - and other non-citizens - should NOT be considered
when drawing the boundaries for congresscrooks' districts.

But really not a problem, as the 25th amendment allows the vice

    Hello Dale,

A 29-year-old gal from New York winning the presidency? Well,

She won't be eligible for another six years.

She could run in 2020 for Senate or House, but not for President. To
    run
for President one must be 35 years old.

OAC can run for president in 2020.
Even though she would still be well under the age of 35.
Not only can she run for president in 2020,
but she can be elected president in 2020.
    Isn't that amazing?

And the US Constitution does make it clear she can do that.

You might want to brush up your reading of the US Constitution.
Especially the 20th amendment. It's all in there.

The 20th amendment says nothing about the age requirements for
    President.

    You got that part right.

It has to do with changing the dates of starting terms for
    the new congress & President.

The starting dates and terms for members of Congress and for
President are stated elsewhere, very clearly. The amendment does
    nothing to change that.

Age requirement for President is 35 years, as stated in Article II, section 1, clause 5.

The "age requirement" stated in Article II, section 1, clause 5
has nothing to do with running or being elected to President.

Since AOC is now only 29 that means that she will not be eligible to be elected to the Office of President until she is 35.

There is nothing in the US Constitution prohibiting anyone under
the age of 35 from running for President, or from being elected
    President.

That will happen in October of 2024, and so she could run for that
    office then.

You are misinterpreting the US Constitution. To qualify for office,
she would have to be at least age 35. That does not mean she would
have to wait until she is old enough to qualify for office in order
    to run or be elected.

Huey P. Long did exactly that when he ran, and won, for US Senate.
Joe Biden also did exactly that when he ran, and won, for US Senate.

Qualification for Senate is age 30. Huey and Joe both ran and won
    at age 29.

Qualification for President is age 35. And you are telling me
that OAC has to wait until she is at least age 35 to even run?

You might want to brush up on *your* reading of the US Constitution.

There is no minimum or maximun age requirement to run or be elected
to Congress, President, or appointed to US Supreme Court.

Come to think of it, President Trump can appoint his son, Barron,
to the US Supreme Court. Wouldn't that be a real hoot? Having a
kid on the highest court in the land. Barron would be better than
    Alfred E. Neuman!

spoke to Dale Shipp about Re: Quote of the Century <=-

If the illegals are lumped in with everybody else, that will affect the boundaries of congressional districts when they're
    adjusted after
    the census next year.

And that is exactly what the constitution says should happen. The
census is supposed to count *ALL* people, not just citizens.

Ah, but the illegals - and other non-citizens - should NOT be
considered when drawing the boundaries for congresscrooks' districts.

That is obviously your opinion, but runs contrary to what the
    Constitution says.

Actually it doesn't. The Constitution is silent on the issue of
non-citizens. I don't think that the idea of several million illegals
living in the country occurred to the Founders.

When the Constitution was written nearly everybody in the country were
legal citizens, there weren't several million illegal residents in the
country (unless one wants to count all those Europeans who'd been
invading the country for upwards of 200 years).

MTV has come of age, with Brian Russell being their candidate
of choice for president. Age 34, just barely having graduated
    from the millennial generation ...

To be fair, he will turn age 35 in November 2019, but not until
after Election Day, which would make him the YOUNGEST ELECTED PREZ
    IN HISTORY!

The one advantage he will have is nominating an older guy as veep
to serve as his mentor. I suspect Mayor Pete (age 37) will be his
    choice.
