IPv6 address in the Fidonet nodelist yet.

    Notes:

To make an IPv6 connection to a node connected via 6to4 tunneling
one may have to force the mailer into IPv6 (-6 option in binkd's
node config for binkd up to 1.1a-96, -64 option for binkd 1.1a-97
and up). If the destination address is a 6to4 tunnel address
(2002::/16) many OSs default to IPv4 if an IPv4 address is present.

Nope. They're all there. Look for the companion -FNEWS_PUBLISH- echo. It only has the distrubution posts. No chit-chat.

I just had a closer look at the parts you missed. Part 2, 3, 4 and 6.

Part 2 is the jamnntpd server list, probably unchanged.
Part 3 is the fidonet software listing
Part 4 is the fidonet software listing, continued. Probably unchanged.
Part 6 is the fidonews info, also probably unchanged.

My best guess is these are being trapped as dupes somewhere and not
    making it to your node.

No, but what I did see this week is that parts 0, 1 and 5 got to me via
a very different route than parts 2, 3, 4 and 6. Perhaps since there
was nothing new in those four parts, they got trapped as dupes by you
