I hope it could be helpful for someone that likes the old style
fidonet echo conferences. ;)

Nowhere in your documentation you specify if this filters messages
only before importing them into the messagebase or also on forwarded
messages, essentially censoring feeds for downlinks of the system
where this filter is used?
