My tabs are weird in scripts so I'm going to try to manually post the latest newsletter here and hatch out the archive.. Kind of a bummer, but it 8:20PM..

I probably just need to work on it in the morning :)

    Hey Janis,
Just a heads up, but since your update trying to access any of the areas on www.filegate.net gets a permissions error from apache. Not sure if the update somehow updated your directory permissions or changed the apache user? Anyways, figured I'd pass it along. Best of luck!

Yeah, I noticed that after the fact... I probably do have to change the apache user. Well, I'll eventually get it going again.

BTW, I still have to do another upgrade...

Weather has kept me offline for quite a bit. We've had tornadoes and
severe flooding in the state in the last several days. And, I saw tonight
that one of the forecast models is bringing a hurricane to southeast
Texas late next week. When I see the other models latch onto it, I'll be concerned. But, I've seen so many model runs where it's talking about a
massive hurricane, tornado outbreak, winter storm, etc. on one run...and
on the next model run, it's gone.
