    Hi, All!

In J.B. Priestley's play "The linden tree" I read this description of
    the scene:

... Big bay window on right wall. A companion window may be presumed to
    exist in fourth wall.

"Companion window" -- What did he mean? I suspect it is just another
    common window?

    Bye, All!

I would read as being another bay window, matching the first.
