    Hmm. I suppose one might say:

    Cats run -- why?
    Cats run? Why??


    The simple answer to Alexander's query is "no". That was my initial reaction too. When Anton questioned it, you realized there were exceptions but couldn't think of any examples offhand &/or waited for somebody to ask. Here's my usual slow & wordy response for the advanced students among us, and for Paul (who IMHO knows more about this crazy language than he thinks he does).... :-)
