    What is the UseTopFrame setting used for in globalopts.inc?

    shown for Mail and File only in NON-FRAME mode.

    For this update, the page header top bar was enhanced and an option added
    to also show the "top bar" in a "Top Frame" for the Mail and File client
    when in frame mode.

    The Use Top Frame option is described in the Personal Property Skins option allowing each user to decide if they want the top frame or not for the
    File and Message client when in frame mode.

    Thank you , got to plat with that more - couldn't see a difference between
    true or false setting when changed, know where to watch now. Think I need
    to flowchart the login process - my narrow mind needs a word wrap feature
    and we've got lots to see and consider now...
