When searching messages by the TO or FROM fields in the wcWEB the
message search only hits on the upper case portions of the field
    contents. For example:

If the FROM field contains: XyZ@abcdEFGH.com

If I search the FROM field with the search criteria of: abcd
    No match is found.

If I search the FROM field with the search criteria of: FGH
    A match is found.

Only the uppercase portion of the field is searched.

Workaround: set the registry key HeaderUpperCase to force upper case.

    Thanks for the workaround.

This is why it use to be only Upper case and when we relaxed it, we added
the registry option to make it behave like the original.

We knew someone will find where the relax case would not work - the search.
    :-)

I'll jot this down for a future update.

    Thanks
