I want to set a specific profile for a customer so they have their own
web page, file and message section. I created a profile called pbpfrs
and assigned a user that profile. How do I get it so she sees the
correct web page when she logs in? Currently, she sees the generic web
page 'registered.htm' and not the one I assigned.

    The basic steps are:

    1. Create

    c:\wc5\http\pbpfrs.htm

    2. Go to

wcConfig -> Security Profiles -> pbpfrs

in the SECURITY DISPLAY FILE field type PHPFRS

Note: Do not use PHPFRS.HTM only the Name of the display/web page.

When the user logs in the system will display PHPFRS.HTM rather than the default webpage.

Hopefully you will get it to work.

Just remember the SECURITY DISPLAY FILE: field is after the Filename
without the extension. The most common mistake made is for users to put something like REGISTERED.HTM rather just REGISTERED in the field.

I did what you suggested. It still brings up the registered profile,
not pbpfrs as I set it up. Do I need to run wcrepair to make it work?

I see from your other message that you got it to work!.

From time to time users report needing to restart wcOnline to resolve wcWeb related issues. Running wcRepair is primarily used to resolve issues with
the User, Message and File databases.
