I need some input for the field experiences with SPF usages

    1) Are using WCSAP?

    A) YES
    B) NO
    C) IF NO, EXPLAIN (IN SIMPLE REASONS) WHY NOT?

    YES

    2) Are using SPF (enabled via WCSAP?

    A) YES
    B) NO
    C) IF NO, EXPLAIN (IN SIMPLE REASONS) WHY NOT?

    YES

    3) What are some special circumstances to watch for if you have SPF
enabled? For example, do you need to white list people otherwise SPF is broken for them?

Sometimes, and its very very rare, and will never know unless
reported, a domain has SPF but some reason our winserver.com site will
reject the mail. Rather then pass the buck, I will simply added an WCSAPFILTER.TXT while list ACCEPT IF rule to allow them bypass SPF
    checking.

There is a slight bug with the SPF processor in WCSAP for SPF DOMAINS
that are using the "exists" macro in their SPF policy. This is more
usage for tracking SPF usage, i.e. like tracking that winserver.com is inquiring about a domain ABC requiring SPF. I expect to have this
mite fix in a small WCSAP update shortly.

If anyone experienced anything related like this, please confirm if
the domain rejected did indeed have an "Exists" macro in their SPF policy.

    Thanks
