    Where she is now, she gets a barracks to use when inport. Very minimal cooking gear and no hot plates/burners allowed. She has a 1cup kerig (also makes hot water for ramen) and a rice maker (grin). Her roomate has a small sandwich maker.

    With limitations like that, she's developed some of her own recipes. Oh, her rice maker has a steamer insert like mine.

    Charlotte's cream of shrimp rice

    1 cup rice
    1.5 cups water
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    6 shrimp and 1-2 fishballs in steamer top.

    Mix water, rice and soups in bottom container and add steamer items to top. Turn on and let rest on warm for 30 minutes after finished to absorb more water. Add steamed top to bowls or serve on side. Add salt and pepper to taste.
