Peel and shape carrots like hot dogs and add them to a pot and cover
with water. Bring to a medium boil and add seasoning. Simmer on low
for at least 15 minutes or until carrots are the desired tenderness
when pierced with a fork.
Store In a container with some of the marinade over night. Carrot
dogs can be sauteed, grilled or fried before eating and served with
your favorite condiments.
