    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Vegan Ranch Dressing
    Categories: Dressings, Vegan
    Yield: 2 Cups

    1/2 c Hemp hearts
    3 cl Garlic
    3 Green onions; chopped
    3 ts Dijon mustard
    2 tb Parsley
    1 tb Dill weed
    1/2 ts Mushroom powder
    2 ts Sea salt
    1 ts Paprika
    2 ts Black pepper
    2 tb Apple cider vinegar
    1 tb Olive oil
    1 Lemon; juice of
    1/2 ts Xanthum gum
    1 1/3 c Water

    Combine ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth and creamy.

    Refrigerate overnight before use.
