2 Italian sausages
2 Russet potatoes
1 Onion
1 Green bell pepper
1 Red or yellow bell pepper
3 tb Oil
Creole seasoning
Tabasco
Black pepper
Saute Italian sausage and break up into crumble. Add diced potatoes
and oil and saute potatoes until al dente. Add diced onions and bell
peppers. Season with Creole seasoning, tabasco, and black pepper to
taste.
