Title: Spicy Carrot Radish Salad

Yield: 4 Servings
1 c Radish; diced
1 c Carrot; peeled and diced
4 Green chillies; up to 5,
-serrano is fine
2 ts Black mustard seeds
1 ts Turmeric
1/4 c Butter; or less
1 Lemon; juice of
Salt; to taste
Cilantro leaves
Peel carrots. Dice carrots, radishes, and chiles. Mix in a bowl.
Heat butter, cook mustard seeds until they splutter. Remove from
heat. Stir in turmeric.
Immediately add hot oil and spices to the vegetables. Mix well to
coat the vegetables. Add salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
Garnish with cilantro leaves.
