    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Zucchini Bread
    Categories: Quick, Breads
    Yield: 2 Loaves

    3 Eggs
    3 c Flour; sifted
    2 c Zucchini; peeled and grated
    2 1/4 c Sugar
    1 c Chopped nuts
    1 c Oil
    3 ts Vanilla
    3 ts Cinnamon
    1 ts Salt
    1 ts Baking soda
    1/4 ts Baking powder

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat eggs; add oil and vanilla. Stir in
    zucchini and sugar. Beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix
    well. Pour in 9x5" loaf pans (2). Bake 1 hour or until done.
