    Title: Banana Raita
    Categories: Indian, Sauces
    Yield: 6 Servings

    2 Bananas; ripe but not
    -over-ripe
    3 c Yogurt
    1 ds Cayenne
    1 ds Cinnamon
    1 ds Cardamom
    1 ts Fresh lemon juice

    Puree one of the bananas in a blender, with some of the yogurt. Chop
    the other banana into 1/2 inch chunks.

    Combine all ingredients and chill.
