MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Grandma's Zucchini Cake

Yield: 1 Cake

1/2 c Butter; softened
1 1/2 c Sugar
3 Eggs
1/2 c Vegetable oil
3 ts Vanilla
1 3/4 c Flour
1/4 c Cocoa
2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Cinnamon
2 c Zucchini; shredded
1 c Walnuts
1/2 c Chocolate chips

In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar, add egg. Beat in oil and
vanilla.

In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and powder, and cinnamon.

Gradually add dry mix to creamed mixture. Fold in zucchini, nuts and
chocolate chips.

Grease 13x19" pan, pour in mix.

Bake at 350 F for 30-35 minutes.
