Yes, I have previously posted these rules.
In this very echo, for all to read.

Since a wannabe moderator has posted a message
to all, with some silly rules of his own,
it is necessary to remind him (and others)
as to what the permanent rules of this echo
are, and to who owns this echo -

This is the COOKING echo.
It is a designated FLAME echo, where anything goes.
After all, COOKING requires a FLAME to get anything done.
As in all designated FLAME echoes, there are no rules.
Or moderators of any kind.
