I had picked up a couple of cans of Grace brand canned Callaloo
on sale. Had a craving for a green last night so decided to try
it.
Followed a simple recipe online (just googled) which was fry some
onion, garlic, pepper and tomato until done add the rinced can of
callaloo and cook until warm.
We liked it quite a bit. Went well with some roasted chicken
thigh/drum.
