    I believe there are a couple of different existing bots that you can use that will control whether or not a person can post, as well as other different
    stuff such as banning for spam, etc. I've just started using the Rose bot in one of my groups. https://missrose.org/

    I don't know nearly enough about it yet but am just starting to scratch the surface.
