    Does Telegram send the entire original file, or does it scale it down for us if we are using the app on our phones?

    BTW.. The bot doesn't inherit the subject of our conversation when
    we chat exclusively on the TgM side. Interesting.

    Now, this reply of mine is coming from the fido side. I would expect
    the subject to the stay the same if you reply to it on the TgM side.
