    OK, bit of Googling, KDEDIR=/usr was accepted, now I get
    The important program kde-config was not found
    Am I correct in thinking kde has been replaced by plasma?
    Sounds as though I'll have to contact the KDar developer.
    For some reason, my alcohol-raddled brain thought I had been using kdar
    on the previous Mageia 6 system. Not true - I had been using dargui,
    which is pretty recent and fortunately continues to work on Mageia 7.
    So, nothing to change.
