Usenet most certainly allows and supports images as attachments. In my
early days of Usenet denizenship, I myself was subscribed to a newsgroup where images were posted.
The question is whether Gilberto's news provider — i.e. aioe.org —
allows attachments, and if so, in what form and of what size. This is entirely up to the individual providers, and many of them have kicked a number of groups off of their servers in the 2000s due to complaints
about piracy.
And what sort of image is your screenshot .jpg or .png.
