Clicking on the link prompts me to download the pubkey. No doubt you
meant the parent directory, or something contained in it.

Is that the video conferencing client? Since I upgraded Mint, the menu
item is there, but not the program. The program is not installed, but is
run as a "flatpak." That format is new to me, but the files are in the
repo. I imagine that it is similar to AppImage. The version of Zoom I mentioned before involved running Fedora in a Docker.

Beware: zoom is already the name in the repos for a reader for "novel"
type games, which are mostly text. I suppose that there would be no
    confusion in business systems.

    Doug.

I haven't tried using zoom, however others have and documented the method for Mageia 7 at https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Using_Zoom_communication_application

Yes. If zoom were to provide the server, I would guess theur revenue
    would disappear pretty quickly.

Since I upgraded Mint, the menu
item is there, but not the program.

Sounds like you need to post over in a mint group or forum and create
    a mint bug report.
