This is the Win64 version of Wine. This version can only be used to
run 64-bit Windows applications as is. For running 32-bit Windows applications, you need to also install the 'wine32' package from the
32-bit repository. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
Has anyone done this yet?
Does i586 repo have to be included into urpmi.cfg, or any other trick to
be known?

Many people have done so. Temporarily enable the 32 bit release and
updates repos, install win32, and then disable them.
The 32 bit repos are not enabled by default and should not be left
enabled,
as they can cause problems with some of the other 64 bit software.
Perhaps the wine-packager/s may think about including your advice and add
it to the message above. So this common question will be answered right during install and things get even easier.
