From santo@2:250/1 to All on Sun Jul 19 05:36:30 2020
    Hi all...
posting from my junk account as from my normal user account
I can not load Pan anymore and I have no idea what the
    reason is...from console
    get the message:

    Invalid size
    Core dump

    any help is welcome.
    TIA
    Santo

( I posted also on the Mageia forum as yesterday
for the whole night I was not able to understand why
I was not able to get connection
from Pan on this junk account )

No idea what caused it, but something in ~/.pan2 has become corrupt. Try renaming .pan2 to .pan2.old, then start pan and reenter the subscription
info and list of subscribed news groups.

I do hope you get back on the forum, add the solution, and set
    the subject SOLVED.

Yes, I rename .pan2 to pan2.old and then
restarted pan and reenter the subscription and now it works...
    Thanks for the help
