How to set some semaphore in GED to trigger HTP to scan? Will this happen on message save or on shutdown of GED?

I don't currently do this. I use golded rarely so I just run "hpt scan" myself.

I have been meaning to put something like that together.. but I just haven't gotten to it.. ;)

Let me give that a bit of thought and I'll find an easy way to do that. There are keywords in my golded.cfg that I used to use with magicka, so I'll play with those a bit.

How to cut lines of text and paste lines of text in the internal editor?

I use "Q" to reply and it imports the message ready to reply to.

There is (or there should be) help when you press F1 that gives good info. There are a bunch of hotkeys that do different things.

It's possible to add a hotkey to run "hpt scan"

<CTRL> Y will cut a line of text
<ALT> I will import a file.
