In the San Francisco bay area, taquerias began selling "Mexican Coke", in
the traditional shaped glass bottle, made in Mexico with real sugar instead
of high-fructose corn syrup. This started in the early 2000s.

I thought Coca-Cola has started producing Coke for the US market using real sugar. I didn't think there's a real need to import Mexican Coke to the US anymore. Other brands (such as Pepsi) are making versions of theirs with real sugar too.

I've looked at the ingredient listing and all coke usually indicates hfcs.. however, during passover, at the grocer store in the kosher section is coke which has been made with cane sugar. Only then can you find this. Naturally, I load up on a few bottles :P

I really don't like colas any more, haven't for a long time now. Like most hamburgers, they leave a bad taste in my mouth.

I don't think I'd ever get tired of hamburgers..

Probably not. They're pretty popular and I enjoy *eating* a good hamburger, but I always seem to regret it (the aftertaste and feel). I'll still eat one every once in a while, but I usually opt for chicken or fish instead. I like a good bison burger too. When I do eat beef, it's usually prime steak/rib, but it's not every day or even every week. I like pork (e.g. carnitas) a lot too.

In the San Francisco bay area, taquerias began selling "Mexican

It's nice, reminds me of the Coke I used to drink as a kid.

Most of them are actually HFCS now, but Mexican labeling isn't enforced
the same. So, you're getting expensive HFCS coke in a glass bottle.

yeah i guess sometimes they do, sometimes they dont.

pineapple fanta with real sugar tastes so much better than hfcs though.
