I started to recieve messages from aBSiNTHE BBS. Just checking to make
sure this makes it there and I recieve a reply back. There was an issue with our messages not making to each others boards, but making they did make it out to the rest of the network. Are you recieving this Dan?

It got here. And I noticed some older messages in other areas...

Btw: What mailer/bbs software do you run? Your nodelist entry says:

    ,518,Reign_Of_Fire_BBS,Franklin_Wisconsin,Gary_McCulloch,-Unpublished-,300,CM,INA:rofbbs.ddns.net,IBN,ITN:2300

But there is nothing responding on the binkp port!?

    Bye, Wilfred.

I don't know, I can't test that. But his nodelist entry says ITN:2300. Can you test that?

Anyway, his nodelist carries the IBN and CM flags, but I can't connect to the binkp port on his system. If he doesn't have a binkp compatible mailer on the binkp port, the IBN flag should be removed. That was what my message was about, not about emsi. ;)

Yes, that flag should be removed then. I am new to all this and it has
been a struggle. Carlos Rroldan@39:902/503 has been helping me and Daniel Kelly@39:902/520 with both RetroNet and AmigaNet with CNet v5.21b

it will state EMSI-rq before bbs login, if not a emsi mailer in other end it will timeout and show bbs login

sorry lost the emsi login request string here

At this time, I would be down without Carlos. CNet is being developed still and soon we hope there will be better options. K-Guide over at Future Work II fw2.cnetbbs.net:6800 is working on CNet. He at this time has Fido on his BBS and is working out the kinks for.
It's taken some time to get this BBS program to work properly today. In the past, modems and dial-up, this BBS rocked. It was dropped until K-Guide
purchased the rights and started working on it again. I jumped on with his v5.10e and seen all the changes to what I have now (v5.21b). Now he is digging
deeper into email verification, better FTN support, Joinlink Network Conferencing, and other up-dated features.
If I could get Frontdoor to run via telnet would help. Then again, This FTN is all new to me. Never had this back in the 90's when I had CNet on the C64. My current BBS has been on Telnet for 8 year now, and I just added FTN Echos just recently with the help from Carlos. First we added RetroNet, then AmigaNet and now working out the bugs with FidoNet.
